![]() I am not talking about the puzzles, which are insultingly easy. I enjoyed the game but it certainly has some flaws. I always kinda wonder what it would be like if it were an RPG type game like the old Final Fantasy games or whatever. The premise is so unique and interesting, and the stories are so well written with a soundtrack that just melts you into the mood. ![]() But the stories and the music within overcome a lot of the shortcomings of the "game," portions. It's not really a game in the traditional sense at all, it's more of an interactive story with a few minor puzzles that sometimes feel more of a chore than a challenge. The two protagonists run into challenges during the process that they have to overcome. Does anyone else get these stories stuck with them often?įor anyone who hasn't played the games, the basic premise is that there is a company who comes into the homes of folks who are in their death beds and use some machine to "fulfill their lives," by changing their memories so they essentially live a totally different life. I feel like they don't get talked about much, so I'm curious what other people think. These games are so heart-wrenching and magical to me.
